You place an order from your business account.
Confirmation
We confirm your order and – for pallets – the transport cost.
Packing
We pack with eco-friendly packaging and fillers.
Shipping or collection
We hand it to the courier or prepare it for collection.
Invoice
You receive your VAT invoice electronically.
Payments
Pay the way that suits you
We accept payments in Polish zloty (PLN) and euro (EUR).

EU companies with an active VIES VAT number buy at a 0% rate (intra-EU supply). Exports outside the European Union are also zero-rated. Customs duties and import charges in the destination country are paid by the customer.

Frequently asked delivery questions
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are shipped as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination – for larger orders we confirm the date individually.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes – worldwide. International and pallet shipping is quoted individually. Customs duties and import charges in the destination country are paid by the customer.
Can I pay in euro?
Yes. Choose EUR in the currency switcher – pay online via Przelewy24 or by bank transfer to our EUR account.
Pallet or unusual shipment?
Write to us – we will quote transport to any destination.
